There is no doubt that we live in emotionally charged times. Uncertainty, change, and challenge can stir up a wide range of emotions - from fear and frustration to hope and gratitude.

The scale of some emotions with different energies www.are.na/block/326… that Dayvan preserved online made me think. It took me a moment to get the idea. It illustrates how emotions carry different frequencies and energies - from dense, survival-based emotions like fear and anger to elevated, expansive emotions like joy and love.

Here’s how I understand this:

🔼 Higher frequencies emotions such as gratitude, and joy correlate with positivity and expansion. 🔽 Lower frequencies, such as fear and shame, can make us feel stuck or overwhelmed.

While each emotion has its place, this scale serves as a reminder that we can intentionally shift our focus to elevate our emotional state. Small steps—like practicing gratitude or focusing on what we can control—can have a big impact on our mindset and well-being.

đź’¬ Something to carry into next year!
